Hello to my Armor of God Coin community around the world! What an amazing community it is.

I was welcomed into the AoG family in September of 2023 when I received and registered my coin, 4172. At that time I felt something like I have never before. The Holy Spirit stirred in me and I literally felt it!

I took the challenge seriously and really started praying always. I requested some coins and I get a phone call from a number I don't recognize. I usually don't answer these, but I did. It was Don Egan, God's chosen man behind the coin

Before I go on, God gets all the glory for every single step, action, and words that come from me. You should know that at the time I received my coin I was in pain from a recent divorce and was seeking healing and pleading with God for help.

Help came in the form of a Coin. (the Holy Spirit right now has tears streaming down my face as I recall this)

God had a big plan for the Coin Challenge and Don Egan, the man God chose to do this, was calling me. Me? He shared the vision with me and we talked how men (and women) need community. We need to have strong relationships to lock shields together and fight off all the evil forces around us! Don and I shared some guidelines for meeting and he kicked off a Tuesday night Zoom meeting with strong christian men all over the world! This was amazing and made me thirst for more.

The "more" came in February 29, 2024 (it was a leap year) when I was led to have a men's dinner and share time at my home. 4 men came. The food was ok 😂, but the sharing was amazing. We all shared some deep feelings and thoughts and we all felt something special. That night, we formed a group we called "Armor of God NY"

I committed to having regular dinner meetings at my home. Over the next couple months, as more relationships developed through giving out the AoG coin challenge, more men wanted to come to my home and be part of what God has happening. It was 10 men before I could blink! One of the key components to our meetings, after God of course, was relationships and intimate conversations when we share. 10 men sharing is a lot and you run out of time with more. So God said, "Greg, you need to do a Saturday breakfast also so more men can join!"

Yes God.

Within a short time there were 12 men. Then 15. then 20. Where are we going God? He showed right up and gave AoG NY another man and his home on a different night for more men! Then there were 24 men.

All of these men were committed to grow in relationship with God and be better men, husbands, fathers. Stop giving up on our marriages and relationships. Fight for what is right! Mentor our youth. We all pray for each other daily. We talk and text. Men say they have never shared like they do when we are in fellowship.

Every day I pray that I hear what God's will is for me and AoG. I pray that I don't try and take charge.

Wait, there is more! In the fall of 2025, an AoG NY man, who is a Pastor in a small church, wanted to have an AoG NY meeting there. They have a firepit out behind the church. Who doesn't like a meal and conversation around a fire? I could literally see the Holy Spirit dancing around all of us men as we shared some of our deepest fears and hurts around that campfire the first night at Reed Corners Church.

After that night, my Pastor friend suggested that the church start a regular AoG NY Men's meeting on the 2nd Thursday of every month.

Yes God.

There are now over 30 men involved in AoG NY!! 30! Last week we had 18 men at Reed Corners Church. We have the room at the church so after dinner we can split into smaller groups and share. This church is now identifying as an Armor of God church. We are all praying for God to tap a women to lead a women's group.

We are still having smaller dinner and breakfasts, inviting other men. I just spoke to another man who wants to bring this to his church.

Yes God

This all started with 1 coin and a call to action. I did none of this on my own. I shared this story this morning only to shout out how Mighty our God is. I want to do that from the rooftops. I want to encourage all to say "yes" when called.

Yes God. Can't wait to see what happens next!
